Temperature
is falling! REMEMBER: The best operating temperature for these Foam
Insulation kits is to have the TANKS THEMSELVES at 75°
to 85° F - This does not mean it has to be that warm outside. It means you
can spray these kits when it is any temperature inside or outside, you just
have to warm the TANKS up! A good rule of thumb is that: |
"If the tanks are warm to the touch, they are
okay to spray"

| <<<NEW>>> CLEANABLE TIPS! Simply put your used tips immediately in ACETONE - You may have to poke out some of the excess Low Pressure Polyurethane foam insulation, but they are cleanable. Tank temperature should be 70 degrees or higher for optimal performance...The outside temperature or the temperature of the strata isn't critical. Just the tank temp....Metal Tanks should be warm to the touch. Use a ceramic or forced air heater if needed. HOT TUBS & SPAS: Most Hot tubs (unless they are over 8 person) require a II-205 foam insulation kit to insulate properly... |
If it is below 65 degrees outside where you live, you really need to put a heat source on these tanks to get the full yield. A ceramic heater or electric heater with a fan works well. The warmer they are, the better the yield. If you don't keep the tanks warm, you will not get the yield out of the kits and will run out of foam. |
