Return Policy:
Unopened and unused kits can be returned within 30 days with prior approval call 800-664-0063 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Under no circumstances will a kit purchased beyond 30 days be taken back due to the 9 month shelf life of the product.
Defective kits* that are manufacturers defects will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days and Quality Control assesses defect as manufacturing or shipping damage or defect. These kits work great if you follow instructions. User error, i.e. spraying through a clogged tip or not warming the tanks up to recommended temperatures will not be refunded of replaced. Please read the FAQ page for full instructions to get the best results from your kits. If you simply wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, but not used, there will be a necessary 25% restocking fee as we must retest and repackage the product. Thank you.
(*If you have a defective kit, which happens very rarely, (less than 1%) please don't throw any part of the kit or packaging away as we do have a QC department that will need to evaluate the kit to see if the defect is manufacturing or shipping damage - i.e. defective valve on one of the tanks or a crushed valve, etc. If you don't have the kit to return for evaluation by our QC department, we cannot refund of replace the kit. We have a good return policy and stand by this product, but you can't just call up and say it didn't work and you threw it away. We have to have the kit back for evaluation in these rare instances.
